For some reason when i apply the genus baby face mocap a grey hair base pops up on the head that i cant get off at all, i tried the refresh texture button but that didn't work i've even tried to put hair over it and that still doesnt work should i just re buy it or what should i do ? Because even when i delete the item and restore it back it doesn't help and it seems like no one else is having the problem when i try to search it

So i have purchased the Genus head Baby face W001. I normally use catwa which is what ive gotten used to and been able to work with but i have been wanting to try out a new look for my avatar. well i have purchased shape and what have you and i have also purchased the {SONG} Genus applioer but for whatever reason i cannot get the skin to attach to the head i even purchased (as you can see in the screen capture) the omega system installer for genus thinking that would help but for whatever reason im just at a loss and i cant seem to find out how to fix this ..any advice would be greatly appreciated. thank you.

The inner side of the mouth is black and that looks bad. I tried every option in the setting universal hud 1.3, but nothing helped. Does anybody have the same issue and perhaps a solution?
