okay so... i have nPose, and i have AVsitter (version 2 and version 1), and i have SitTargetHelper.... but all i want to do is write a SIMPLE script that takes ONE avatar sitting on ONE thing, moves it around, and can save that as a new sit target. now, i can get the seated avatar's link position and rotation no problem. and i can change those and scoot it around. and i have scripts and functions that can get an ACCURATE sit target from the avatar seated on a TOTALLY SEPARATE prim/object... but i haven't found any that can get it from the avatar actually linked TO it. and im bad at math in general, but when you start mathing vectors and rotations and quaternions and radians... OMG! as for avsitter... it apparently doesn't even use llSitTarget at all, but grabs the avatar and sticks it in position based on stored settings. (and as for npose, my eyes were so bleary from peering at avsit code, i just couldn't... :X ) does anybody know this forumula? if it's not proprietary to you, can you tell me what it is? if it IS proprietary, how much you selling it for?

Hi everyone! I've been trying to mesh now using blender for about two years and have never gotten anywhere with it, I would love if there is someone out there willing to help me learn the skill or even the software itself, and I can go from there! I'm looking to make clothes mainly .. but would love to branch out into hair at some point! I am also interested in making cute looking skins and eyebrows etc i'm overall just a very creative person and I would love to use Second Life as a platform for my ideas as there is no limit to what you can create! Why at times open collar get stucked to some rlv enabled furniture

I have noticed that at times simple RLV enable object where you can sit and stand on your own unless you are locked behave odd and you get locked into it. Then you can not stand from it or do anything unless you relog or some one else rescue you. This may not happen all the time, and on same object two people may get different experience even if both are wearing collar and RLV is enabled. Does any one has any idea about this puzzling phenomena. -- Thanks, Vishal -

Hi, I am really frustrated. I buy furniture that is supposed to have working scripts but when I Rez them they do not work. I checked my land and the land is set to allow everyone to run scripts. When I go to Build/Scripts/ the option to select Set Srcipts To Running is not clickable. How come? If I have to get new script to put in my furniture, how do I do it? I have beach chairs that work, how come the other furniture doesn’t work?

Pretty much the thread title. I've been trying to find some nice three-person furniture (any furniture really; Beds, recliners, couches.. Adult or PG) with.. middling luck at best. Not really looking for anything fancy, don't really need something with 900 animations and a built in wifi toaster oven, just decent looking mesh models that have a few nice animations. Bonus if they offer FFF with FFM, though that seems even more rare. I've checked a couple places already, like Dutchie, I was hoping however that someone here might have looked for similar items and have some store suggestions.

I found a useful little wheeled stool on Marketplace that's scripted as a vehicle. You can move it round with the arrow keys. Animations make it look like you're moving it with your feet. When you get off, it goes back to its home position. That ought to be a common feature for wheeled office chairs. Bar stools should let you rotate. Unfortunately, the script isn't very good. You can't turn in place. The turning radius is huge, about 5 meters. I wrote to the creator asking for a fix, or at least mod permissions so I can fix it. Good project for someone selling furniture to write a better script for this.

Help please, can't work out how to position items in my house

Hi Newbie question. I've bought a few items of furniture in the store and now an struggling to position them in my house. They have appeared in my inventory but I can't seem to actually place them on the floor in a room. I've found how to rotate and move up and down but not how to move back and forth. Any advice please? A like to a video tutorial would be handy. was hoping I could just grab them and drag into place. Some of them are animated items if that makes any difference -
In general, my apathy towards all things here has continued to rise but I have a grease monkey script installed in firefox that shows the Marketplace keywords right there on the listing and it's just sad when you see respected merchants utterly spamming their listings with just about anything. Examples for completely different products from the same merchant:- Top: Keywords: sexy,top,sheer,beach,holidays,twisted,satin,folds,lycra,ruched,fun,metals,shiny,soft,lara.body,bust,gorgeous,breast,attractive,glamour,flirt,fashion,style,beautiful,seductive,pretty,erotic,50 shades, Bra: Keywords: sexy,top,sheer,party,holidays,valentines day,satin,,lycra,ruched,fun,metals,shiny,soft,lara.body,bust,gorgeous,breast,attractive,glamour,flirt,fashion,style,beautiful,seductive,pretty,erotic,50 shades Coat: Keywords: sexy,top,sheer,beach,holidays,twisted,satin,folds,lycra,ruched,fun,metals,shiny,soft,lara.body,bust,gorgeous,breast,attractive,glamour,flirt,fashion,style,beautiful,seductive,pretty,erotic,50 shades, Sweater: Keywords: clothes,clubwear,fashion,female,flashy,funky,hot,neon,outfit,block,print,seamless,sexy,stylish,teen,mesh,casual,chic,loose,off shoulder,country,top,sweater,pullover,color block, Shorts: Keywords: sporty,sport,skirt,fabric,zipper,gold,colors.colorful,nice,comfortable,shorts,fabric,jeans,denim Occasionally, they actually get a word in there that matches the product but other than that the rest is just utter spam. Any suggestion that all that has to be done is to flag the item for keyword spam is pointless because for most items, the MP created problem of multiple listings for different colours exists. So, you would have to go through a dozen listings and flag each one, for each product. Anyone got time to go through 1685 listings which is the number in the store? Maybe that's the solution to getting products DE-LISTED for keyword spam, just spam the MP with multiple items (variation in only the texture). I don't even suspect that most merchants do this deliberately, they're genuinely trying to get items returned in search but the above just illustrates how pointless keywords are. Consolidation of related listings should have happened a long time ago, maybe limiting each item to say 4 keywords would require merchants to focus somewhat more?

Hi all. Not sure if this is the right board for this question, and if not, I apologize and would appreciate suggestions for a better place. But anyway...I'm in the market for a smaller sized yacht (I've actually purchased several already), but all seem to be restricted to constantly having to sit and by it's own limited animations. Yes, I'd like it drive-able, but would also like the option of accessing furniture and such separately from being seated on the boat. (I understand return times and all if not seated, but there are a few places with longer return times) Alternatively, are there any unfurnished and/or full mod yachts available that I could add and link my own furniture to to be able to accomplish what I'd like? Any thoughts, ideas or suggestions are always greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Anyone know of a few good outlets for Prop furniture? I'm looking for things like wardrobes, closets, dressers, filler items, etc. I've found a few things from places like Primpossible. Trouble is I don't really need a thousand~ linden closet with 600+ animations I'm never going to use. Simple well made mesh props would be enough, or showers/tubs/sinks with a couple good animations for a decent price.

Hi all, I'm just getting started in learning how to manipulate animations and would like to learn how to add couple poses to furniture. I've been trying to find information on the various engines and systems out there, like avsitter, MLP, MPS and others, but it's hard for me to tell based on their MP descriptions which ones are easiest to use for 'dummies' like me, and it's not easy to compare/contrast the features they offer. Can anyone point me to a website or blog or resource of some kind that considers the different systems out there and does some evaluation and compare/contrast? I think I must be using all the wrong search terms. I have found some info but it's a few years old and I don't know if it's still up to date. Any advice would be helpful! I don't want to pay for something that's way more complicated than I'm ready for or underpay for something I'll outgrow. Thanks!
