For about a month now, I've been dealing with my firestorm viewer resetting all my settings. This has to be about the 6th time this has happened. After logging back in: -RLV is disable -Tool Buttons Reset -My Interface fully resets to the default setting Firestorm has been a real bummer. Can anyone help me with this problem or give me a better alternative viewer?

Hello everyone, So I haven't been on Second life for a few months, and for the past few days since i have been logging in on the Firestorm Viewer more than HALF of my inventory items are gone . I used to have about 60,000 items .. and now its showing me only around 14,000. Landmarks, folders, lost and found .. all gone !!! when I first logged in my saved outfits were gone as well . I tried logging in with the default Second Life viewer and EVERYTHING works just fine there !! I am so confused.. and not sure what to do next ? I cleared cache ! I deleted and re-installed and firestorm viewer .. I have the latest update and all .. so so frustrated ! :< would be very happy if someone can solve this damn mystery 🙌

Always freezing (Not Responding) no matter what I do

Whenever I log into SL on no matter viewer (I use Firestorm the most) , I can move for like 5 seconds and then it instantly freezes and that stupid (Not Responding) always appears in the upper left corner This has been going on for a few days, I have updated Firestorm and my laptop several times, cleared all the caches, the graphics are on the lowest setting but nothing works. It's so annoying! Is there anything I can do? -
I was playing on Firestorm, and then suddenly it was having a hard time loading and crashed. I cleared my cache, reinstalled and it's still doing it. It went from running completely fine and smooth on high quality, and then suddenly this. I've checked drivers, and I tried a checklist I found and still nothing. Turned off my laptop, made sure it was running other things smoothly. My laptop is a Dell gaming laptop. I would just switch viewers but Firestorm is seriously the only one I like. ToT Any tips will help! If you could provide like instruction or a video to it, that would help me a lot! I know there's 1000 other threads like this, but I'm not finding answers X_X Also I tried setting it on the lowest possible settings for specs in game and it helped but only the tiniest bit. UPDATE I FIXED IT I just can't figure out how to delete this

Can anyone shed any light on this.... In firestorm I suddenly started getting graphical glitches where light sources are sort of mirrored all over the screen. Turning off basic shaders stops the problem, but of course that makes the graphics in general look much worse. I have tried with different viewers and it's only firestorm this is happening with. Here is an example of what I'm talking about, with basic shaders off on the left, and with them on on the right. Any ideas what could be causing it?

Okay so im trying to reinstall Firestorm, I downloaded 5.0.11I chose the " For SL only 32bit: DOWNLOAD " version.and i did what this told me to do: http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_clearing_settingsand its still saying https://prnt.sc/jbrm7e(not to mention the 5.0.11 intel fix error message comes up as "Update Graphics Card"when i put in the 5.0.7 intel fix it says the error message I screenshotted above( https://prnt.sc/jbrm7e )somebody PLEASE help, I deleted the User_settings folder all together and it comes back when i try to launch firestorm, and i deleted all the " settings_per_account.xml " and still nothing changes.
