In my experience, we get what we put into an RP environment so I'm looking for some folks that feel the same way and would like to get involved a new-forming project. It is also my experience that a strong leadership team, and a tiered system to spread out tasks and keep volunteer positions fun and interesting for leaders and players alike, makes a huge difference in the depth and longevity of an RP environment. Opening is a little ways away, but I'm putting feelers out for those that might be interested in contributing to the foundational aspects of our setting, such as Sim Administration, Planning rp arch opportunities, refining the various races, and establishing factions, groups, or departments within the town. Mentors - welcoming, knowledgeable players that want to greet new players of their group, keep RP opportunities available and churning, and work together with overall leadership team for RP. Mentors are also invited to generate ideas to refine race specifics outside of some key notes that play into the general setting.
