    You will be renting the whole island. You can set your own rules and do anything that you like subject only to the Second Life Terms of Service. You will get estate manager rights that will let you set the maturity rating, terrain texture, day cycle, restart the region whenever you need to and many other features. You do not have to own a full region to rent this homestead from us.
