Hello! I am trying to create an avatar using machinimatrix workbench and I had to bend the skeleton, I decided to try to set the weight manually and applied the armature with empty weight groups. Weight painted and checked all in pose mode, part of the bones i don't use and deleted them from weight groups window. i applied rotation, location and scale to the skeleton and to the model, created a static pose. but the avatar is distorted when uploading and pose dont work proper. please tell me what was wrong?

I was offline for a little over a year, lived in an area that didn't support the bandwidth needed to run the program. I logged back in and my username and password work, but I've lost everything in my inventory. All that is in there is the standard issue noob content. Is there anyway to retrieve my clothing and avatars from before?

Half of my inventory is missing, possible solutions?

At the moment, half of the items in my inventory are gone, including landmarks. Folders appear empty. I've cleared my cache in the preferences, on Firestorm viewer. I've also deleted the cache manually and given it some time. Items still appear missing. Any suggestions/helpful advice? EDIT 1: Downloaded the Second Life viewer, items are all accounted for. Items still appear missing on Firestorm, perhaps a reinstall? 2: Clean install has not resolved the problem. Also can't connect to Firestorm' website.
