I have been having issues with payment on second life for about two weeks now. I made my first account which I connected to my visa debit card, which I came to realise was not a supported payment type. I then switched to PayPal, did not work, my payments kept coming back as failed or declined. I then installed Skrill (in each my account was verified), and same issue again. i decided to make a new account and just added Skrill as my payment type and received a new error message this time, that is “ we are unable to complete your request.. You can’t exchange currency… click here for more info” I live in Ireland so my main currency is euro, however I have automatically changed to usd on my Skrill balance, so idk what the issue is. could anyone advise on this? would getting a credit card instead solve anything? any help is appreciated

I have recently purchased 40+ euro worth of linden dollars. The payment came back as unsuccessful and cancelled yet money was still taken out of my account. Would anyone know if this is a common issue and if theres a way fix to it? I have issued support tickets regarding the matter but no replies yet. I paid with a credit card if that means anything Any advice would be appreciated 🙏

I get this message when I try to remove my card information. I tried updating (add new) first, but that didn't work, the page wasn't found. No error code, the page just doesn't exist apparently? I'm trying to update my card info since I got a new card a little while back and haven't used it here yet. So I wonder.. What do I do? Is there an easy-fix or is this customer support stuff? I hate dealing with customer support... :/ And there's no difference between this card and my old one, except for the info on the card.

Despite being a member of SL for around 10yrs or more, it's my first real money purchase . So i want to get this right. I paid for 9 items totaling (inc conversion charge) LD$72 (GBP£3.10). (I had LD$1 there from years ago!) However, when i refreshed my cart page as i was perhaps going to add another transaction/item after the payment had gone through (i see it has come out of my account/pending), all the items are still there in the cart. So unsure what's what here. So how long will the payments be ''pending''? Seems to say something in FAQs about 30mins? But it will be at least that by now. Just refreshed cart and it's all still in my cart as if i haven't bought any of it. HELP HELP HELP! And, thanks

A friend of mine has an outstanding Linden assessment over 100 dollars. They told her to go to her dashboard and pay the balance when she could. She has done that and to no avail. She has tried using different cards. She called her back and they said the payment was going through but was being bounced back from Linden labs. My question is has this happened to anyone else? How was it resolved and how long did it take?

Hello! I had just signed up for a premium account on here and did not get the 1,000 bonus lindens that said it was supposed to come with. I had signed up on 2 accounts this month with the same issue. The other is account is "Azariel Clawtooth" there any way to get that looked into? Does it come when I get my weekly stipend? Thanks!
