  1. something i see quite often in the male (gay) clubs and gathering places.. might happen in all other places too.. the most new mesh bento bodies and heads... the most new clothes ... BUT forgetting to use bento AO's (animations) ... still walking around with the weird spreaded fingers and static poses. just wondering if they think wearing just a bento part is doing the trick. For a little more L$ there are enough animations for sale to use to the old AO ..or buy a full bento one of course... and some body sellers add a few already to their huds or in the package.
  2. I've made my own poses for personal use years ago, before Bento was a thing. I really like the added level of expression Bento poses can offer (primarily in the hands, of course). However I've been out of the "game" so to speak for well over three years, and I see people using much different methods to make their poses now. All the tutorials I've found have been dated, or don't cover the information I'm looking for. Does anyone have a link for a beginner on making poses with the new bento tech? I am familiar with most programs used to animate, and have access to these as well. I more-so need help with the SL specifics. Any help is greatly appreciated!
  3. I have a big problem with Retargeting my MOCAP Faces animation on Avastar rig. I do everything as required by the instruction, prepare the skeleton for retargeting (both skeleton). But unfortunately after clicking the “Transfer Motion” button Only the bones that had ONLY the rotation on the Skeleton Source work. (these are the eyes and neck) All other bones have EMPTY keys and do not move. I tried to add different constrines to combine the bones of two skeletons perfectly – BUT it does not help. Bones avastar still do not move. I ask for your help. I am enclosing a Wile Blender, where my skeletons are prepared for Retargeting. Maybe any peaple know athers Program for retarget BVH (Face bones) to SL? Need Help pls.
  4. I have this mesh tail I did a few years ago. I tried to rigged it to the bento shape, but when I tried to export it, Maya just crashes or just locks up.. I can export it normally, but I can't export it via bento... So I don't know if me moving the tail bento joints out is causing it.. or could be tail...
  5. I am creating poses with Blender/Avastar and have been creating bento poses. I have been uploading my poses as an anim and when I wear the pose the hands are perfectly fine (as I created them in the program). However, if I drop the pose in a pose ball or in my vendor stands I have noticed that after 15-30 seconds the hands revert back to their normal state and basically un bento the way I created them. Has this happened to anyone and do they know how to fix it? Any help would be appreciated....
