First let me say that while I am a longtime and competent user, I am not a nuts and bolts techie. I have been using Firestorm for years without any real issues or problems. But yesterday they ended support for their 32-bit Linux viewer so it no longer will work for me. So last night I downloaded the SL Linux viewer and while it is VERY different and is going to take me a while to get used to, it seems to work fine. With one exception. I do not get ANY sound. Hello, My friend and I are experiencing the weirdest thing ever. I don't know if anybody else has experienced this but we need help because it's frustrating. I have a Blue Snowball mic that I use for voice on SL and other platforms and it works perfectly for everyone and everywhere except for my friend. What she hears when I speak is pure static and it is loud and obnoxious (yes I've head it through a phonecall and it's awful). At first I thought it was the viewer, since it worked fine before the BoM update (we use Firestorm Version 6.3.2.58052) We've tried to figure out wh

Hello! What are the ways to stream online video/audio stream to sl, so that only the owner has control. So I found the best way is parcel media. Everything s fine but a problem: I can not click on the screen... Buttons do not work or should it be this way? I cant go full screen, etc... Please help!

In RL I wrote a song. I then recorded it to my computer in my own voice. I uploaded it to SL to use for myself. I am now thinking about putting it in market for others to buy (copy, no mod, no trans). My question is, should I have a copyright put on it before putting it in the market or was that done when I uploaded it to SL?

ok im sorry if this is the wrong forum to post this, But Yesterday ALL the sounds related to my gestures (either Bought or Collected) in my 2yrs here have suddenly disappeared. That is to say the gestures themselves are ok just all related audio does anyone have an idea why this would happen? Gestures that I made are fine and audio file still intact . any help would be greatly appreciated

Just a while ago I started hearing weird noises on my "sounds" slider knocks, laser sounds, yells etc I can't hear music anywhere I go now either. I deleted my SL viewer and downloaded a new one, the noises stopped but I still can't hear music. I then downloaded firestorm but music is still off.
