I wanna thank you people for helping me the last time it meant a lot and i can't thank you all enough. so i had an issue before with the jake body so i ended up buying the legacy body after i checked the demos and made sure everything works and i got the matching skins and this is the last forum in case it needed even though i doubt it anyway my issue is simple this time yet it seems like nothing could solve it and i admit i'm new! https://community.secondlife.com/forums/topic/465532-body-and-head-wont-match-no-matter-what - THE ISSUE - So when i use appliers on the body and face to have the matching skin i bought it looks matching and good but everytime i use the body skin applier it puts the legacy body gloss to the highest which i think it's the default so the whole avatar ends up looking strange like a muted face on a heavy shining body that looks like a doll or plastic (fake) and if i go to the body hud to lower/take off the gloss it takes off my skin applier which makes my avatar don't match then when i go back to add the skin the gloss comes back to be a full shinny plastic body let me show you in pictures: So the body hud seems like it doesn't have bakes on mesh like the lelutka conor face hud so i tried playing with the alphas and turning the BOM on and off but it seems like the skin only get applied with the applier not with the BOM tattoo layers anyway this is some pics that might help of what i have in folders and what i have on worn too - WORN - - THE BODY/FACE/SKINS FOLDERS - anyway to fix this gloss/fake plastic look please help me and sorry if the pictures were too much i'm trying to make everything clear so it would be easier to help me i hope. By trying new lel head my eyes got reset and cant find the applier i used. Can't remember the name of it or the store ... no trace of it on casper or purchase history. Spent last days browsing in the inventory and just nothing... I just really need them back.. Any help really appreciated 🙏

A few things... I have a Legacy body (Perky) and LeLutka head, Should be up to date cause i just got them. The neck line doesn't match so i need advice, Head is BOM but body isnt because i don't have a skin with it so i'd like help with that too. And also where there's good body freckles to match the face (Small freckles, The ones i got on SLM were much bigger, like moles)

Hi, when it comes to the final steps of building tattoos in SL. is it a 'kit' of some sort, i'm looking for to finish the last few steps? i.e. apply the tattoo to the proper body part. right arm , left leg ect. really the best information i'm finding on the issue.. is from YouTube videos. in the end, i will build them for all mesh body types. and old av if its worth it.

So i applied some makeup for Omega, To a MayReal Mesh Head using a Relay HUD. Sometimes it looks fine, Like when i Log in, And a few minutes later without my having done or messed with anything at all, It does stuff like this (Again, On it's own) Please advise! Thank you (This has been an ongoing issue with other Eyeliner Appliers in the past too, It's definitely not just this one)

so i bought the skin https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Vinyl-Destination-Markus-Full-Skin-Shape-Notecard-Body-and-Head-Skin/22788939 and applied it to the aesthetic body with the skin applier kit and now i was trying to take it off and i just cant i dont know where to even look for its not the skin it just applied somewhere in the body and theres not option for me to delete or replacre it. help please ! i own the signature body and wanted to go back to it and it still stays even there

Hello everyone. I'm investigating whether the Belleza bodies have a creation flaw on the sole of the female foot (flat position only), in the underwear layer. I believe there is a hole * on the underwear layer * on the surface of the mesh, or a gap between some mesh mesh triangles behind (under) the third toe. (see image G1). I believe this applies to both the Belleza Freya, Isis and Venus bodies. Regardless of what is applied to the underwear layer, there is always a hole at that location. I've tested applying a solid-colored texture on the lower part of the body, including the foot, and the hole still shows up (see image G2). When in 'edit' mode, where it highlights the mesh triangles, the hole seems related to where two surfaces are supposed to join (see image G3, and closeup image G4). The hole is tiny, but one you've seen it is can't be unseen... Additionally, I wouldn't want store customers of applied foot items (eg socks, stockings etc) to think that the applied item is the problem, but rather the issue is actually the mesh body layer itself. Has anyone else noticed this? Is this sole hole a known thing?

I'm trying to make a very basic clothing HUD the operates very similarly to an omega applier. A single button that will send texture map, normal map, specular map, and glossiness. I'm using llRegionSayto() to send the UUIDs from the HUD over to the clothing. I'm using llSetLinkPrimitiveParamsFast to set the maps to the clothing. the only problem I'm having right now is being able to set a value for glossiness in the HUD script that will then send over too the clothing script. Any help is greatly appreciated. Reciever Script HUD Script

For the past 2 weeks none of my HUDs or appliers work in Aiditi. Anyone having similar issues? I've changed viewers, restarted, detached and reattached HUDs, all without any change. When I click on the HUD, nothing happens. No error either.

Hey 😊 I use the Maitreya Mesh Body Lara and bought yesterday a Skin from The Skinnery for my CatWa head and the Maitreya Skin applier. The applier works on my body, but it won't apply on my hands and feet… I wear the Maitreya bento hands V4.1 and the flat feet V4.1... am I doing something wrong or need I something else to get it on my hands and feet? Sorry for asking such a stupid question but I had a SL break for years and I there are a lot of changes in SL, I feel like a newbie 😄

SOLVED! I contacted Catwa's owner, they told me it's not possible, only for skins this option works. Short hint for those who want to make such an effect (works for skins only!) 1. Follow instructions, use any textures as diffuse and normal maps and only specular map must be your glitter effect. 2. Later when you generate your script do everything as always and just remove textures code between "" quotes for diffuse and normal. It will look like: cmd += [""]; cmd += ["blahblahblahblahblah........blahblah"]; cmd += [""]; 3. Have fun! Hello! how to make such an effect on the Catwa head? I managed to make a regular tattoo, applied on a blush layer. but I didn’t even find custom material button for blush in the master hud, only on skin. on this as I understand it, such effect goes to the skin layer, or am I wrong? then what layer does such texture go to? maybe i need some kind of a special applier? Edit: I used Catwa dev kit for my tattoo, but couldn't find any materials option there.

hey all, I am looking for some pretty eyes.. I have been around many places, however i don't *really* know what Im looking for.. so many sat "catwa" or "genus" head.. I have a LAQ bento head, and I have the Omega applier for eyes&makeup.. so does anyone know any stores (preferably in world) that I could go to look for this ? .. cheers (I do mean other than the LAQ main store though, obviously I've been there)

For the Catwa Animated Eyes, will the animation (the pupil dilation) only work with eye textures that were made specifically for the Animated Eyes? Or, can I apply third-party textures via Omega or Catwa to the same effect, even if they were not made specifically for the Animated Eyes?

Hii. This question has been probably asked a lot but I wanted to be very specific on the topic. I am looking for stores with the best Milky/Pale/Light Beige skins with very realistic complexities (skin pores, cleavage shadows, moles etc.) So far I have tried: 7 deadly skins - decent, but not as complex as I have in mind. Pumec - very good faces, not enough pores/moles/shadows on the body Mila - Very good body skins, too much blush on the face *Ys&Ys* - comes closest to what I have in mind. What else is out there? ^^ ~p.s. I am wearing Catya/Maitreya.

Hello I've been working on a texture applier for a while now and I've hit a wall, so I figured I would ask for some help here. My plan is to have a script that holds texture UUIDS as so, string tex_1 = "3d80799c-de95-11e8-9f32-f2801f1b9fd1"; string tex_2 = "3d807c12-de95-11e8-9f32-f2801f1b9fd1"; Then once triggered, it sends a message to a receiver containing the UUIDs llWhisper(MyChannel, "tex_1 "+(string)tex_1 + " " + "tex_2 "+(string)tex_1); The reciever then hears the string (cleaned it up visually here) tex_1 3d80799c-de95-11e8-9f32-f2801f1b9fd1 tex_2 3d807c12-de95-11e8-9f32-f2801f1b9fd1 This is where I get a bit stumped about performing a function that takes this string and changes the corresponding receivers "string tex_1 = UUID" to the one being sent. What I can't figure out is how to clean up the message once received, if such a thing is possible in the first place, or if I'm just not thinking about this the right way. If the receiver can load the UUID in like this, it will apply them to the desired links and faces of my mesh. I have tried a few other methods that did not pan out, but I think if this one could actually function, it would be a more clean way of performing a one-click texture application to my avatar.

Hello, I am willing to pay for someone to assist me with changing skins and such. I simply cannot figure it out.
