Parcel Rentals available at Miriam Chung Estates Full Prim parcels are usually for home use, store, hangout, clubs, breedables, malls, roleplay etc. Small plots from 1,000sqm - 6,000sqm are either for home/store use only. Please be guided that clubs and breedables(with limit) are only allowed on 10,000 sqm - 32,000sqm. This is to make sure everyone gets a fair use on the sim and not drag the sim performance down due to massive clubs and breedables in one sim. We want to make sure that everyone gets a great experience with their land rentals. Also, for Roleplay the only land sizes these are allowed are on 16,000 - 32,000sqm only.
