Hi, I meet a strange phenomena that change my head lighting as on the attached view. My graphics setting is beetwen High and Ultra and this trouble happen when "Advances Lighting Model" option is checked. I'm using a face light but it's same when I take it off. It's happen only in some area but often on dance floors maybe because lights is different. I tryed with 5 other head demos (Catwa, Lelutka, Slink, Genesis, Starlust) and didn't get any trouble with. Skin shinniness setting is off. Is someone encountered the same issue?

Hello, I've bought a new Akeruka Bento head (Lara) and I'm having a whole host of problems with it. I know everyone will say "ask them!" or "ask the group" but the group costs money just to ask a question so that ain't happening. So, at the risk of being banned I won't go into the many problems I've had but one thing is really driving me nuts which is the "shine" on the face. There are very few skins for this head as it is and the ones I've found all look pretty horrible because of this shine. As you can see in the attached picture, there is a somewhat hidden control in the skins tab of the HUD that allows for shininess control but it has two problems, one is that it's marked in reverse (the LOW setting is actually high shine and the HIGH setting is actually low shine), the other is that as you can see, even on the lowest shine setting, my face is pretty damn shiny and Akeruka uses this very textured mesh, so it kind of looks like a sponge when you zoom in. Please, please, is there anyone out there who is using Akeruka Bento heads that has info on how to change this? I found that the SHAPE of this head (why I bought it) is fantastic, but almost everything else about it is problematic. Does anyone even know if an update is coming? I've heard a rumour there is, but who knows? Without access to the support group the whole experience is pretty nerve-racking.

Hi, I just bought an AK Lara Bento Head (ver. 2.6) and I'm having problems keeping it from going all nasty on me (see picture). To head off some answers at the pass sort of speak ... I've been in SL for years, I have other mesh heads, I have really good graphics and I know about most of the typical problems with mesh rezzing etc. I also have a Lelutka head that this sometimes happens to (too much camera zooming for example), but it's not only not this severe, it' easily fixed by simply selecting the head with a right click. Sometimes you may have to actually "edit" the head for the system to realise that you want the mesh at full resolution, but it generally is easily fixable. The AK head, under the same conditions, the same graphics settings, the same computer, sim, script load, etc. ... nothing. I have to actually detach the AK head, then re-attach it to get it to form properly. This has to be done every five minutes or so and it's driving me crazy. Typically the Lelutka head and most of the other brands, will reform when one TP's as well, so simply TP'ing to another location will fix it, but the AK head will maintain it's f-ed up shape over multiple TP's to different locations. I don't know what to do. I paid $3000 for this head. It's one of the most expensive attachments you can buy, yet half the time it's all messed up. Nothing I do seems to fix this. Is this just because the maker hasn't provided a low res version of the mesh? Anyone else experience this? Any ideas? PS - the pic shows it only "half" f-ed up. Most of the time it looks even worse.
