Good day! Made a map to my account, Visa Electron! Everything went well, the money for snapping the cards were written off, but the card is not attached to your account. I now turn to the Billing Information, and there are not tons of my card, it is not attached, although money for binding were scrapped, and so twice! two dollars written off, no card is assigned to the account, what to do?
