I saw someone in one of the main hubs that had a blue skirt (possibly a tutu) with star and sparkles on it, this had a matching top/jacket. The person poofed before I had the chance to ask them where they got it and was too late for me to take a screenshot. If anyone has any idea what item I'm talking about, it would be much appreciated if you could tell me what it is.
