I know that there is suppose to be either a folder or a spot below for Recieved items from teh marketplace...yet mine seemed to has disappeared. This is very frustrating because I have purched items to help with my roleplay. How do I get my items?

I do not have either of them..it is like they disappeared

I have bought several thngs in teh marketplace and when I go to look for them, I cannot find since I no longer have a "Recieved Ites" folder......please help I have looked for the actual folder and the folder that is usually on te botto and nothing.
