Already tried that, it stops in the middle of installing both ways!

I have tried over and over again to install the latest viewer update, but it fails everytime! This is my computer spec's : Operating System: Windows 8 Pro 64-bit (6.2, Build 9200) (9200.win8_gdr.130531-1504) Language: English (Regional Setting: English) System Manufacturer: System manufacturer System Model: System Product Name BIOS: BIOS Date: 03/19/13 11:35:58 Ver: 13.03 Processor: AMD FX(tm)-4130 Quad-Core Processor (4 CPUs), ~3.8GHz Memory: 8192MB RAM Available OS Memory: 8174MB RAM Page File: 5045MB used, 9528MB available Windows Dir: C:\Windows DirectX Version: DirectX 11 Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti Manufacturer: NVIDIA Chip type: GeForce GTX 650 Ti Every time I try to update I get an error, where it wont continue the update! Why is this happing, please can someone help me!
