Hi . I have not been able to see any chat in my SwingAway group chat since Friday December 11th. It is making it exceedingly hard to function as a host by only being able to see the notifications and not someone requesting a teleport to the functions. I am not sure who I need to seek help from or how this can be fixed, but any help would be gratefully appreciated! Thank you in advance for your assistance. Kersti (kerstainah resident)

Can port to my home destination from where i have logged but most things are invisible....and chances are I will drop my hair. Also can't change or edit clothing from home. Is anyone else having this problem? I have tried clearing cache already... just not reloading FS .. hoping it doesn't have to come to that. Thanks in advance for your help!!

The one thing you seem to be overlooking .. I had no problems up until September 4th. I am not sure what happened because I had not downloaded anything .. last updates that were done on my computer (which I bought in April) .. and though you say it only supports this graphics card on WIn.7... according to a link provided from firestorm site ( http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005526.html?wapkw=cs-034343) It does show that this card is supported for Win 10 on a 64 bit sys. I haven't had any problems and have ran smoothly on it for just at five months. I am not saying the drivers could not have gone bad.. but it just seems very strange that it is being so highly selective.

Hi! I hope someone can help. Much thanks in advance for any and all who respond. My problem started on 9/4/2016 with a freezing when porting to a sim and I would have to reboot to get out .. didn't think much the first time it happened. Yet it has gotten progressively worse. Happening now when I try and edit shape, when I transport to certain sims (regardless if they are lots of people or almost empty). Please see below for specs and gyazo links showing what is happening. It is a lap top but I have been using this since April with NO PROBLEMS at all except for occasionally kicks from extremely heavily loaded sims (for example ROMP or such shopping events ... which I try and wait until the numbers are down and then I have had no problem). I am currently using Firestorm as my viewer. I have tried uninstalling and doing a clean install, clearing cache, and updating drivers (which firestorm did not like). HELP!!
