I recently purchased an animated bed for my Linden home. One aspect of this bed did not work. The merchant sent someone out to look at it, gave me the benefit of the doubt (This was a new/unique issue for them) – and not only replaced it, but gave me a partial refund. The new bed had the same problem…however, when it took it to another sim (where there is an identical product) it worked correctly. The seller suggested that there is maybe an issue with the parcel - settings, textures…I’m not really that knowledgeable. We tested the lag – it was fine.  Do you have any ideas or direction? Thanks! Sorry…the keyboard is Microsoft. The bed is a four poster bondage bed. There are two parts – an “Adult” bed and a “bondage” bed. Although it appears as a single piece of furniture – it is actually two separate items that work independently of each other, depending on where you click. Here’s what’s supposed to happen: After clicking on the bondage bed, the sub assumes a sitting position on the floor in front of the footboard – arms and ankles attached to the bed by straps at the 4 corners – two top post ends and two bottom post ends. As new positions are directed, the sub rises up and down, turns around and back again, etc., according to the scripts – the straps move accordingly up and down the posts. The straps emanate initially from bracelets worn on the wrists and ankles of the sub. Here’s what doesn’t happen: The sub assumes all positions correctly…only without the straps – they start to come out , but never make the connection to the posts, so the sub is hanging in the air going through the motions, which makes for a poor visual. Other than the strap visibility, all animations have been tested and work correctly. Scripts have been reset several times Four different avatars (from four separate SL accounts, including the builder) have been used without success. However they worked correctly when the bed was moved to another sim. I tested in the SL Viewer, as well as Firestorm. Tested the parcel with a lag meter, checked that the security tab was set to “all”. The bed builder visited the site and tested…did a lot of things I couldn’t see and advised this was a never-before-seen issue. There was some back and forth as they requested I try different options before replacing. Don’t know if this matters, but the land impact (prims) is not full…at any given time they are 14 to 21 below capacity. I have other animations in the house as well – some from the same vendor, some from other vendors – no problems. Thanks!
