Hello. I just recently bought linden dollars and cancelled my payment. The payment was accepted via paypal, but I need a refund. I half expected it to be immediately refunded. Help please?

I have no clue why it isn't in the marketplace anymore, but I am desperately looking for the Aventity Equine avatar (any color). It is the only avatar that will work with my current skin and head textures. Please help!
