How can I force a vendor to provide a refund or redelivery for a failed delivery? I have im'd the owner and the support staff. i have sent notecards, twice, to owner, and added a support ticket to there inbox. I have provided the details to them in each communication. No respond. What options do I have?

I am trying to add text to a notice that will launch a web URL. I can add the URL directly and that works but I want to add text like "XYZ Club Calendar" and have a url behind the text launch a web page. Like it does in Word. Is that possible? Mkfly

I have a skybox for my residence. The full sim is a store. The land owner has a landing point set and all LM to the region go to that landing point. I have my home set for the skybox and that works fine. how can I get visitors to my home to come directly there and not have to go to the landing point?

I understand it is not normal. Will there be transfer costs to set me up as a payor? And can we just do it ourselves without the help of Linden?

Thanks Peter, follow on question: In my case the owner is the payer now, can they give me rights to become the payer and they remain as owner? Would this involve a transfer or just a role change?

I read in the Wiki that a payor can pay for a private region and the owner remains the owner. Can I become a payor for a private region on an existing region? the wiki is as follows: Can I pay for a private region for someone else? Yes you can, as long as the region is a Regular full prim region. The option is not available for Homestead or Openspace regions. A private region can have a payor who is a different person than the owner. When this is done, we consider the payor to be the rightful owner of the private region, and that person has the right to do as they wish with it. The owner gains the controls they need to run the private region, but although listed as owner, they do not have the right to sell or transfer it. In any conflict of views between owner and payor, it is the payor that has ultimate control -- even down to removing the owner entirely if they wish. If you are interested in purchasing a private region for someone else, please submit a Support ticket.
