  1. Thanks for all the answers, really, im about to sell stuff and wanna be sure about that, ill try all right now
  2. Be sure you are checking before doing anything, the next owner options, and check the options you wan, else all the time will be just transfer by default. Good luck
  3. Hi everyone!, my doubt its cuz i read it in the Lindenlab wiki, this link: https://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Object-permissions/ta-p/700129 and there I found this part, I quote : " Permission settings set while object is in your inventory are not cross-checked with contents until rezzed. For example if you place a no-copy item in a copy enabled prim the prim becomes no-copy. If youplace prim in your inventory and change back to copy enabled this state persists even after transferring to another resident because permissions are not cross-checked with contents until the object is rezzed. If you are not careful you can allow receiving resident to copy no-copy items." Then, I guess permissions can be buged to make a "no-copy" item copy for all...i was wondering how to avoid this, i mean, if i put no modify in a object should be enough, isn't it? am I right? (cuz it cannot be modified to be buged and then make copy the item) Well that's my worry about this topic.
  4. Ohhh didnt knew it, i used particles before in 3d external editors for render purpose, but particles in editors works in diferent way than games particles like i see now....well i understand what you said about the ribbon, but, what if I use the same particle system but instead of drop a particle, it drops a cube, as a particle, is it posible? or I have to change the whole script? anyways ill keep trying with ribbon now, thanks for the feedback
  5. Hi all, im having issues with a preset particle system ...im not scripter, i have basic knowledge about it but, im more in desing than scripting...so here is the problem: Im making a particle system, and particles have a texture, but the problem comes with it cuz, the texture just rotate with the camera, i mean, if i move the camera angle, the texture is all the time looking at camera, like most ppl do with grass fx, but i dont want that effect in this script, so what parameter do that? and how can i delet it, i want particles look at the direction i move for example, ty
  6. Hi, well i was trying to do animations with motionbuilder, for seling it and that kind of stuff, so, i find motionbuilder, thats a powrfull tool so much good for animations, and well, previously i was trying with "qanimator" and (i work doing animations for shorts movies in 3d, and some games animations, this is my first time trying with second life) i notice , that program is so...rough, and i dont like it, cuz it only allow you to rotate edges only, but no ik, no rig, and obviously, no inverse kinematics, so, is not a big deal trying to do a decent animation in this program, but lucky, i listen in some place of internet, you can make work in second life, animations from Motionbuilder, and upload it in sl, but its a pitty cuz when i try it, with the original skeleton downloaded from lindenlab library, in the moment when im uploading it, the character in second life, doenst do nothing in the animation, just do random movements, like just move the hips around, but no play the animation what i did. I was thinking, well maybe i do something wrong, but for check it, i try to reproduce it in qvanimator (yay the program was usefull finnaly XD) and the program take the animation perfectly, and well, thats my question, is there any "special" form or maybe a plugin or script for motion builder, for get allowed to use the *.bvh made in motionbuilder in second life for upload? Thanks for all the feedbacks, all the answers will be welcome.
