I have been trying to explain to a new person on SL that I can receive my IM's even when I am offline and respond to them immediately through my e-mail account , but he doesn't understand how it works and refuses to believe it's possible to do that. Please can someone explain how it works for him. Thank you for your help.

I need the actual web address for my friends list, where do I find It?

His profile refuses to load for me no mattter where i am and no matter if all the caches and cookies are removed. All I see is a blank photo spot and the statement this name is unavailable ...why is that i don't have this issue with anyother friends profile and it doesn't matter which viewer they are using I can see it....What may be the issue? Yes he is online and i can see and talk with him no problems i just can't get his profile to load.

thank you i removed firestorm entirely from my computer ...i normally use SL Viewer but i had firestorm on for times when i had issues with SL's viewer....i haven't received any further error codes so i will just keep an eye on it and make sure it doesn't happen again.

UPDATE: 3:46 slt....I removed the firestorm bridge and in fact the whole program from my computer as i normally use only the SL viewer and the error code has disappeared ...I will keep an eye on the chat for any future info but so far it's working just fine now...Thank You all for the assistance.
