  1. I agree with the last answer. However as most buyers do not know about this forium (like my self until yesterday); I would also scour the map to check for compairable priceing. Keep in mind that most sellers ask too much. My own guide line in buying land is 5 PSM or under. That seems to be a decent selling price too. Above that takes a bit longer. Near a road or water seems to do the best. I have no idea why. It's hard to drive a car in SL. The water offers a veaw but no one realy uses it. Summery: Waterfrount mainland I would ask 7.0 PSM Road maybe 6.0 Inland is going to be 4.0 tops depending on the land rateing. (General 2.0, Moderate 4.0, Adult, sky seems to be the limit). As the previous answer did note; it would depend on how fast you would need to sell the land. I.E. is it worth paying the money for another month to keep it?
