The skin looks like Glam Affair

To change the gap between your eyes you go into edit avatar apperence under nose and change the bridge width, also some demos for skins come with eyebrow shapers you can try I'd suggest Essencess or Glam Affair

mine only really looks perfect when I use the nam's wind light, but to other ppl unless they have the wind light on too it will look diff colored

I am 98% sure that they are the Leluka mesh heads
