I have not played actively in a long time. I received no notification that my paypal account was to be charged for my premium amount in advance. I have downgraded to a basic account but that did not refund the amount, just said I would not be charged next year. How can I get a refund?

I am in a sim that has events that happen at the same time every day that we want to put on the SL calendar. I entered them for one day but when I try to enter the set for for the next day, it said "The event you are entering is a duplicate of an existing event. Please refer to the Event Posting Rules for details on acceptable events." However there was no duplicate event for that day. All I can think is it is somehow reading the events for the two days as duplications but I see other groups on the calendar have reoccurringevents so I don't understand why I am getting this error. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I have two alt characters that I have now cleaned out their inventories to my main character and want to just delete the alts. How do I do that? Thank you.
