I copied this from an earlier thread - about reporting the issue. " If you fill the support ticket (if you are "frozen" in Mainland or if you cannot contact with the estate owner of the private region) use the correct type: Special Questions - Basic account or Guest Login > Account Issues > I cannot login inworld with my account.PS2. If you are Premium you can also use Live Chat." I don't know if that is where you were sending the report - but I hope it helps - you must be really frustrated at this point

you can send an IM via email if you do know someone who can restart the sim. I have read (in the forums) that if you get someone to pay you 1L it can sometimes unfreeze you. I hope this helps

Hi and Welcome (Brooke) Yes - the reviews seem to be an issue - none can be left at the moment. Also - it seems difficult for people to leave reviews - they have to make a real effort to go look for the "leave review" Do you think it could be somewhere easier to access? Like it was on the old xstreet : ) I think merchants will leave a review but buyers won't if its a hassle I do like the new marketplace (well done all)
