Cool. I didn't notice these buttons at the top of the editing panel. Next login, I'll check them out. There were a couple of buttons below the list of body parts and clothing that said Male and Female but changing that to the male didn't stick nor did it change the options. Even with Male selected, I had female breast options. But you are probably right about the shape being corrupted. I am glad I had a good copy. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for your reply. But outfits only link to the actual shape or clothing item. They are not copies so wearing a saved outfit won't help. As I mentioned, I did have copies and that is what I am using now. Thanks again.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I know how to get the basic male shape back again. But that means starting over and I was wondering more what caused this and if there is a way to make my current shape male again without having to modify every appearance detail from scratch. I do appreciate you taking the time. :-)

I have a classic avatar shape, not a purchased one. I have been a male for 10 years. Tonight after a crash and relog, my shape changed from male to female. Changing it back in Appearance didn't help and the change would not stick, even after Saving As ... I cleared cache, relogged, changed sims, etc. .... but nothing worked. Luckily I had an older copy of my shape that was still male and it only took some minor modification to get it back to how I want it. But I am wondering how this happened to begin with and if there is something I can do to fix it if it happens again. Thanks!

SL Viewer 3.5.3.276452 Mac OS X 10.6.8 I installed the Second Live Viewer the other day (had been on Phoenix) and it worked perfectly for an entire evening. Logged in the next day and now any click on a scripted object (a HUD, a sittable chair) immediately crashes me. I did a complete uninstall-reinstall and that didn't help. Resetting scripts in object also crashes me. All other viewers including Second Life Beta are unaffected by this. Any troubleshooting tips? Been searching for hours but can't find anything that resembles my isssue. Does each viewer have its own preference files? As a Mac user, I'm pretty familiar with deleting .plists to fix things. Where would I find? I've got plenty of alternative viewers but this is driving me crazy. Thanks.
