I need to sort this out as it "hides" stuff in say a house, sofa and chairs etc. I been away for over a year so have a lot of catching up to do. can't buy stuff and wear it. Don't see many items in a room. Marketplace not delivering wearable, paid for stuff. Don't see other avatars, just name.

I cannot see or use my SL sites and purchases. therefore I would like to to have a free membership, for obvious reasons. So far I am unable to get rid of my SL house so am not allowed to change my membership grade. Can anyone help me please?

Sometimes I cannot login and when I do the scene is grey. I cannot see my avatar or the surrounding picture. I have been a premium for a long time and have just re-joined after months of not being able to use SL. I have done numerous tracerts and it appears that there is a problem with various servers. I have over L$24000 and would like to be able to use them. At the moment it is very frustrating and I hope you will help me.

For several years I have been trying to get to use my expensive premium house. The attachment shows what the result is. Accumulated L$23,000 and can't spend it. I like SL but it is unusable for me. I have upgraded and renewed my computer graphics and increased it's capacity. Internet connection is around 50 mbps. For many years I have had a great time in SL and hopefully someone will help me become an active member again. Please give me your valuable advice. Thank you. Leila refenoir

I have spent lots dollars and over one year trying to move into my premium home. I attach what the scene is like when I get there. Very disappointing. I am keen to spend an accumulation of L$30000 but nothing works like it used to. :( lost all my gear, clothes, planes and loads of other stuff. However I like SL and hope someone can help me sort out this very depressing scene.
