I notice im going over my transaction History and I see ID prefix Number how does one know which items goes with that Number ? where or how do i locate the Item to that ID number ?

UPDATE: thank you for those that responded I filed a tickect first and second responce: Thier " records show that this order was aborted and your account was never charged for the subscription. Thier " records also show that i did successfully purchase an Item Listing Enhancement in SLM Order Number XXXXX Now when i ask what recorded time of the successfully purchase an Item Listing Enhancement XXXX ? I was giving a procedure which im well aware of :matte-motes-inlove:NO TIME ON LISTING that i see why not? Note: when i see 899 ching ching Lindens amount deduction i went to my Linden Dollar (L$) transactions for the previous 30 days. For your US$ billing account history and saw both Listing Enhancement in SLM Order Number XXXXX and Listing Enhancement in SLM Order Number YYYYY deducted in red ( Negative ) when i look for my item on the enhasment for YYYYY didnt see it , i figured is was yet to be posted when the ticket was in process i look agian on the Linden Dollar (L$) transactions for the previous 30 days. For your US$ billing account history the second 899 was gone SLM Order Number YYYYY  BTW. why isnt there a time stamp MP in the store? perhaps they will? not sure Market place / colate with my Transaction history account :matte-motes-inlove:

All the previous posting to deal with this are excellent in worst case scenario 1: Detach all prims on your avie ( including hair ) 2: look for your inventory BODY folder 3: Copy and past then save as New body it will appear above your high light current one your wearing 4:Then put on NEW body cloudy effect is loading and looking for your connection missing or cannot find your body to your avie when do this make sure you not in a crowed sim ,teleport to the nearest sand box or your home / hud away from crowds thus laggy regions
