Hello, I searched the forum but didn't find this question anywhere so I hope someone is able to help me. I want to embed calling cards into a notecard, but I am not the owner of the notecard. After I save the notecard the calling cards of my friends change to say 'loading' and when I click on them it takes me to my profile, not theirs. Additionally I tried embedding calling cards of people who are no longer on my friends list to a notecard that I created and it won't let me do that either. Is this a glitch or is it something I just am not able to do? Thank you very much for your help!

Hi Dakota, thank you so much for posting. I had not completed the tutorial so I did that and still cannot open a store. I'm thinking I have to wait a full five days - so I can actually open on the 6th day. I filed a case and heard a response so now I'll keep my fingers crossed and hope I'll be able to open soon!

Yes, that was actually the first thing I did once the account was created. I just tried again and still can't create the account. Editing this to add: I've purchased llinden on that account and made two mp item purchases as well.....I found a post where someone suggested to do tthat but that doesn't work either. I've submitted a ticket, hopefully that will help.

Hello, I heave searched for answers to my question berfore posting and I'm not sure if this is the proper forum, but I hope someone can help me out. I decided to open a store on mp and I created a new account for it. I am aware that new accounts must be five days old before they can open a store and today that account is five days old. I am still unable to open a store and was wondering if this is some glitch that will eventually be fixed or do I have to wait the full 5th day before I can start listing my items? Thank you :-)

Hello everyone, I am curious as to whether there is a nice rounded limit to have on group members for any particular group that will help the functions of the group run more smoothly. Let me explain. It wasn't to long ago when someone told me that originally the groups were not set up to handle hundreds/thousands of members. Having too many members causes group chat and notice issues. Is this true? If it is true, and limiting the number of members will help group chat and notices to function normal or near normal, what is a good number for a group base to have for any group? Thanks in advance for any factual help you can give me. :-D

Sometimes that happens to me. While you are wearing the HUD, you can right click on it and reset the scripts, that's what fixes the problem for me. :-)

Sion Chickens....*laughs quietly to myself* I took chicken breeding WAY too seriously....but I had so much fun with them. I did a search on them recently just to see if they were still around and I didn't find anything. Chickens that I did find were laying dead in their pens.

It seems to me that there could be a possible issue with your graphics card working properly with Windows XP. I'm not a techy person but that's what it appears the message is saying. Windows XP is relatively old now, considering we have Windows 8. So maybe that is the issue. When I had Windows XP, the graphics card that worked really well for me was Nvidia GeForce 9800GT. I have a desktop computer though so if you are using a laptop, this won't help you. I think before you install that card, you should call Nvidia support and find out if there is an issue with using that card.

This issue is definitely not resolved. I do 90% of my shopping via marketplace......I haven't had to wait this long for another page since the modem was the craze. I also get the error that my item cannot be added to the cart and sometimes it says it's not added but it's actually there. If someone knows how to file a ticket about this please show how to do that. I'm sure they will take notice if everyone who is affected by this submits a ticket.

Most of the time I have my atmospheric shaders turned off. I don't like the way faces look when it's turned on. I also wear a facelight that is very subtle because I don't want to intrude on anyones SL experience. I've been wearing it for many years and no one has ever complained about it, so it must be subtle enough. I got it free from Pulse. Even with this turned off, I can still appreciate the beauty of so many creations.

I have that animation, for me it's called "krunk" but I've also gotten it disguised as something else. I got them from friends who have a sense of humor. :-) I've never seen it put in an object before and relogging always worked for me.

I recently added a new item I want to sell into my magic box. I hit the button to sync my box with marketplace and the item STILL has not shown up in order for me to list it? What am I doing wrong?

Really the most effective way is to take a few minutes and download your transaction history for the previous month. It's unfortunate that LL doesn't let you go any further back than a month, but it's a small price to pay to protect your investments, whether buying or selling. Not only do I do that, but I keep chat logs, both open and IM. It opens in notepad and it's very easy to look up keywords to find what you are looking for. As far as merchants allowing your to rez the product in front of them - well that's going to depend on the merchant. Many are way to busy to take time for that, but I have found that any time I needed a replacement, they were happy to give it to me.
