Akomila Viper

Hi everyone, I just returned to SL after a hiatus, and I figured I'd buy a mesh head and some new features to freshen up my look. I noticed the mesh head I bought came with an alpha and a body applier. I clicked "add" to apply the alpha, and when I wore the body applier, an icon came up, but nothing happened when I clicked it. My face won't rez, and my eyeballs are transparent, and the iris part of the eyeball looks bulgy. (I am using the most recent SL viewer) Please help. :( Also, my shoes are in the ground and I have no idea what's going on with that.
