I have a complicated situation. My family had a home on a full sim owned by one of my family members. The land is an Estate/Full Region. It was deeded to the family group. Well the person who owns the sim apparently deleted his avi. He's been gone a couple of months now but the land is still here. Since we did not know when the land would disappear, we have all removed our things from the sim so we wouldn't lose our stuff. We didn't want this person to keep getting charged for the land since no one is using it now so we Abandoned Land. And all that did was remove the group from the land and make the person who was paying it the owner. I am a land manager and aapparently can sell the land. What I need to know is there a way I can eitehr sell the land some how take it over? I really need a land expert on this matter.
