  1. I currently have a buyer but will let you know if the sale falls through.
  2. I have a full sim for sale. Only asking for the transfer costs if completed by the 3rd when tiers are due. There is one tenent renting 1/4 of the sim. They have been informed of the sale and it is up to buyer if they want to continue renting to them. Contact Elmo Clarity for more information.

  4. I have a sim I need to sale. The tiers are due the 12th and they will be paid by me so you get a full month of tiers prepaid. Selling for $100,000L. Since the tiers are paid (saving you $295), I would like to ask the buyer to pay the transfer fee ($100). There are a couple renters on the property currently (couple residents and a store). The person I had managing the land up and took off and didn't leave me any information about the renters. However, after the sale, if any of the current renters want refunds, I will take care of those too. IM me if interested. If I am not online, IMs go to my email. 5. How about we throw another wrinkle in the mix and see how this could get out of control.... The argument is that because the URL is posted in game, the person who posted the URL is held responsible. But what if the link is to like a Facebook or MySpace home page and the negative comment/info is posted by someone else, but then shows up in the link outside the control of the first person. Should that person be held responsible for the comment posted by someone else? Personally, I think it would have to be dealt with on a case by case situation.
