Good day everyone For about 4-5 weeks ive been trying to get my alt back. I registered him long ago when i had access on to my hotmail account and knew my security question (This was 11 years ago). Ive been trying to get assistance from the Second Life hotline to retrieve my account in anyway possible. Most people told me i would have to talk to linden labs since this wouldn't be able to be done by second lifes policy. As i continued calling second life support to verify my account over my billing details, a lady which didn't wish to give me her name. Called me out on being a pest, annoying and hung up on the phone. When i got notice of the behaviour of the support hotline, i called the Linden Labs HR department trying to tell them what had just happend to me. No one picked up and left them a voice mail to call me back. After 3 days later i called Second Life support again which the same lady picked up and said "The annoying guy is calling again". Then after i called her out to tell her my name she hung up on me yet again. Till this day i have been without success trying to reach linden labs and couldn't talk to anyone who could actually help me. Ive been trying to get my email address back aswell from microsoft but sadly they are taking their time and not replying to me. Personally i feel kinda insulted from both sides that no one can check the billing adress to verify its actually me. Also to mention that im calling from the EU and calls to america cost me 2$ minute. With all these support calls ive already spend 100$ trying to get some help. So again i ask can someone help me over the forum? I'm thankfull for any help.
