My internet is very bad.

Also just started getting this issue, the ground won't load in some places.

Hey there, I have joined SL a day or two ago and ever since I joined I have been lagging horribly. Characters are either gray or some of there body parts are missing and I am jumping back and fourth. Textures are glitching and everything takes a long time to load or do not load at all. I have turned my graphics down on all settings (Hardly any change) and turned them up all the way (Obviously worst). I'm stumped on what to do so I would appreciate some help.
