I cancelled the order after still not having the rate i setted it up for afer weeks but i want to know how long it takes now to get your money back because im waiting already 2 days. Hope someone can help me.

When i try to buy things at the marketplace i keep getting We were unable to make changes to the current invoice. It makes me not able to purchase stuff, what do this mean and how to fix it? since i got enough money
