I am new to second life and the tutorials were nice and all but I am still very confused. Where do you get building materials? Do you need building materials? How come my clothes are invisible/see through? Oh so many questions.

I just joined and now this! Oh well, it happens. Now if I could just figure out how to anything but travel from place to place.
