The only time you can come across issues is when you get a mesh body with mesh head .. if its just changing a shape then no worries Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Kelli May Posted July 8, 2015 Share Posted July 8, 2015 caveat: if your head size or shape changes drastically, some hair won't fit the same as it once did. How much difference it makes will depend on the exact changes and the type of hair (sculpt, rigged or unrigged).
