Help with a vi?

Hi all! im a huge Marik Ishtar fan but it seem's the only avi out for him is a cell shading prim avi! :( can anyone make a real avi of Marik ishtar i would gladly pay20 to 30 buck's for it! dont need the duel disk i just want the avi! hair skin body shape and clothes!  please if anyone can make this  you are so awesome! thank you.
