People here might have no time to go inworld now and they might live in a completely different timezone. Also, its kind of impolite to expect others to do the action, when you are the one having a problem/question, which leads me to... ...2.) Even if there was someone willing to go inworld, willing to IM you and then have the luck to catch you online and responding, that person would have absolutly no clue what you want.
