WANTED: Custom House Built!

Hey there!

I'm looking for someone to build a home for me and my family, based on an old family home in real life. 

It's got an old-country English feel, and was a converted barn so it had a lot of space and light. 

I can give dimensions easily, and any pictures too to try and make the build easy to follow. 

Ideally the prim count would be below 300, however it can stretch up to 500-600, but we would prefer this to be in mesh. The build also doesn't have to follow the exact layout of the house, but the feel and the space is what we want to recreate more than anything.
