Seeking Land-Mate

Hello interested Reader,

Hopefully I am posting this in the right location. 

My SL sister and I are seeking a down to earth person or persons who are interested in getting together to rent out land. 

We have found a 1/4th sim and are willing to share it. We are thinking of having our homes on one side and our in-world shop on the other side.  We are willing to rent out 312 of our land prims for 565L a Week.
