Short details:

1. We're a monthly occuring event - the theme this round is Autumn
2. 500L will get you an entire months rent at the event
3. You have 20 prims to use
4. You can use existings products or create new ones as long as they fit into the themes
5. Runs from the 25th of September ~ 28th of October
