I'm in search of a waterfront parcel on mainland, preferably in a boating/marina themed community. I need at least 700 prims, and close to or connected to boating Sims or open water for boating. I seen some 'rent to own' property near Second Life International Airport (with waterways).

Am starting to checkout simular property, as well, tho find most being rather expensive.

Here's a waterfront parcel for $400/350 prims, this can be doubled to 700 prims for $800 because there are other lots on the sim.

It's near a Linden bridge with channel and access to Linden sea, one of the prettiest places on the Mainland.

I also have a large Mainland island in Hite which I would prefer to rent out in full for $4420 per week. But when I get back from vacation I may subdivide it -- it's right across from a neighbour who has made a beautiful marina.

I just baught a full sim on mainland . Its few sims away from Blake Sea . Im in process of hiring a landscape person but this is mostly water . It will have a marina also . I can offer you good amount of prim being I have alot . Feel free to message me if your still looking .
