Want to buy Full SIM / Region, Regular or Grandfathered

I currently am renting a Homestead and want to buy a Full Prim SIM about the time my rent runs out, approximately 27-May-2016.

I will pay whatever we negotiate plus the US$100 transfer fee for a Full SIM or the US$600 transfer fee for a Grandfathered Region. See SL Wiki for procedure and fees.

Please understand that the Linden Labs US$600 fee for creating a new SIM includes the first month of tier, making the effective set-up fee only US$305, but that includes all the services of the US$100 transfer fee to buy your SIM.  Thus, if you price your SIM at exactly US$205 plus US$100 transfer fee, you are pricing at exactly the same US$305 for which I can have a new SIM created.
