Land Wanted!!

I am currently renting 308 prims for $350L however, i am out growing my land.

I am looking for land to buy and I pay tier (of course) my budget is $850L a week and I am hoping to get 750-800 prims WITHIN my budget. (Numbers are based on what I am currently paying/have)

Must be:

*Within budget and prims wanted!
* Residential
* have rights to land (be able to buy and pay tier)
* Grass land preferred
* Rating must be at least M
* 1024sq ft (+)

If you have something please comment with the i formation below along with LM.

* Residential YES.. but you can also have breedables, or make a store. There are NO rules.

* have rights to land (be able to buy and pay tier) NO You cannot buy the land, only pay tier. But you have full rights, because I provide a private group only for this parcel.

* Grass land preferred YES

* Rating must be at least M YES

* 1024sq ft (+) YES the parcels are either double than that (2048) either 4 times bigger (4096)
