Still you want to be in a WiFi area and mode when using it for the best experience.

You can even accept the changes to the TOS on this app.

It's not suitable to build with but if seeing and communicating with your 3D world is your need it does the trick well.

P.S. Sorry it's not free but it is worth way more than the $2.95 USD one time cost.
