I can't no more log in using viewer 2.6.3 becouse everything blocks when appears Initializing VFS (everything was ok with the previous version that i can't use becouse Sl ask for the new version)

If i use Phoenix everything is ok and i can log in

Someone can tell me what happens please?

Try clearing your cache manually.

(XP) - C: - Documents and Settings - (USER NAME) - AppData - SecondLife
(Vista) - C: - Users - (USER NAME) - AppData - Local - SecondLife
(Win 7) - C: - Users - (USER NAME) - AppData - Roaming - SecondLife and Local - SecondLife

Delete the contents of the folder and restart your computer.

NOTE: You may need to go to Windows Tools > Folder Options > View & enable Show Hidden Files/Folders, in order to see AppData folder.

After your reboot, change your start location on login to Smith and when you get in just stay there under the water until your inventory has fully reloaded. You can open your inventory and type in the inventory search bar to prompt loading, but do not do anything else until it is done.

sorry i did it but no changes i can't open the log in page...everything blocks when appwears INITIALIZING VFS

Did 2.6.2 work ok for you? If so you can try going back to that one, you can download it from: https://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Supported_Viewers and if it works you will need to go to preferences > setup to switch off automatic updates so that it doesn`t go back to 2.6.3
