I'm told I need to download the new Viewer but when I try to install I get an error message.

When I try to log in on my SL Viewer, I get a message telling me I need the latest version.   I download it and get another error message saying I can't install it and abort.   What can I do?

What exactly does the error message say? Are you using Windows? Mac OS? We'll need to know more if we're going to help.
