why just in the last few daays withou chaanging anay of my settings does my mesh body avi look white

recently my avi appears white...in all viewers.  this happened with one but was warned.  i have had the maitreya body for 5 months without a problem.  so my quetion is what changed and how do I rectify the situation....i have a basic laptop with graphics at low so that is not the solution..again this just happened since the past weekend..7/26

When I set my graphics to low, my mesh avatar turns white as well. I'm pretty sure turning on the basic shaders in the advanced graphics settings (or moving the slider one notch to low-mid) will fix this issue.
